How to do a killer presentation

You have to control and manage to do 6 important things :

1) Your charisma.

2) Your voice flow ( when to pause, low or high your voice tune).

3) The flow and the visuals of the presentation.

4) How much you are confident about yourself.

5) How much you know your audience and to meet their expectations.

6) To add some Salt and pepper (control the Feelings, let your audience imagine, tell a story... etc)

7) Influencing tip: Feel your thoughts, Live them, dive in them.

8) Influcaning tip: Cover all the aspects of the topic you are talking about (Imagin you are painting, understanding and covering all the topic aspects is your pain colors, dive in the pons and cons, the people who agree and the people who reject) have a full understanding from a high level and deep level.

9) Influcaning tip: Join the discovery, share your experience and your failers and attempts (ما تتفلسف عليهم كانك مافي منك الا حبة وحدة ), be part of the solution and how you solved it, USE "WE" NOT I or YOU.

10) Influcaning tip: let the conscience ضمير drive and improve them (Without your oversight). the change and improvement come from inside, from the convening from the people minds more of controlling and oversight.

Branding SECRETS

  • The story behind the thing (People love owning or having or belonging (be part) of something has a story.

  • Knowing your audience.

  • Do something with trigger (something triggers people to talk and share about it)

the Why behind what is HAPPENS in the supermarkets

We I go to the super market, I don't know what happens, I go there to buy one or two items and ended up buying a lot of things that are even sometimes doesn't make sense!!

After noticing that, I did a research about all what happens to me and discovered the following:

  1. The Music ... Slow, relaxed rhythm (down tempo) and gives a good feeling to attract me to stay more in the supermarket and to stay longer there as it's an important indicator. (it's different in the gyms for example to push me to finish everything fast).

  2. The 2 doors (Even to enter or to exit) .... And this it mainly to force the customers to stay longer there too, and to get around in the main sections of the supermarket.

  3. Put the main items (Most used items) link meats, bread and eggs at the end of the supermarket, This is because most of the customers are coming to get these items and if they put it at the binning they will not got attached with other items ( to get more time and opportunity to promote more items for you).

  4. The vegetables and fruits section location at the begging of the store......To gives you the freshness feelings and that will gives you that positive feeling about the store, AND to gives you the self-satisfaction of myself because I bought a healthy products and items and prepare me to buy another unhealthy products.

  5. The constant changing of the items locations, And that to force the customer to move in a random way until they find their targeted product and that will increase the percentage of waiting and viewing other items and products (other than the needed one), And the keep changing it in every-time you saved and remembered the item location.

  6. The sorting of the items in the shelves .... The customers usually bought the items that are located in front of their eyes (At the same level of their eyes), then the items under there eyes then at the upper side from their eyes. WHY ?? this simply because we as humans tend to move our eyes in a horizontal way more than vertical way (needs more power for the vertical moves).

  7. The sweets and kids related items ( even at their eyes level like we said before OR at the cashier section, because at that location you have to wait for your time to checkout and at this time if you have kids they will start playing and asking you to buy these thing for them and you will more probably to buy these items for them to not make notice by your child.

  8. Items variety for the same product.... this is to not gives you that 100% satisfy of your choice and to be able to consider other items in the feature and that will gives more companies the ability to pay more to promote their products at these shelves and that can gives them more revenues by renting that location for companies.

  9. The Offers ... mainly the offers tend to attract you to visit this store and then to buy even if you don't really need these items (why, because it is a good offer) and then attract you to buy more items and spend more money. AND OTHER THING most of the people translate the OFFER words as a less pricing or more value without even think of that.

  10. Other factors (Atmospheres) ... The smells of the store or locations of the store gives you the hanger feeling or good feeling to buy more (that's way never go the the supermarket while you feel hungry , the Store temperature to be cool and good for the most of the people, There is no clock or any thing telling you about the time (like windows for example) to spend as much as you can there without reminding you by how much you spent there, The big package or shopping cart to gives you the feeling that you need to fill it more and more.

What is the EXPERIENCE & how to grow ?

I was thinking of a thing that was facing me these days which is (The Management asks me to get the job done faster and something inside me asks me to do it in a highest reachable quality) and from this point i started thinking of the experience world meaning...

I personally see and look the experience as ( Doing things in a High Quality and High Speed + having a good future results expectations ) ....

And to achieve that you can grow doing things rather fast or in high quality more... two schools and two mindsets, I personally more with start doing things in a high quality then when you used to do things in a high quality and standards, you will become doing it in a high speed by the time ...

This is my hypothesis about the grow and reach the experience level. ------

Note: having experience in several areas, good to give the person a wide range of understanding but also focusing in one area gives you the understanding of all levels and related things of this specific area... it's all about and up to the experience type that this person need to gain. (Focused Experence or High level Experence )

Suggested way to ACHIEVE the annual resolutions

  7. Have a daily planed time to achieve it (make it as part of the weekly routine).

  8. Do a review session every 3 months to know how and way you did or didn't achieve your goal and if you did >> do something you like to do ( Mine was bring sweets and cools things to all the company).

  9. Have a deadline , starting date and expiry date ( to be able to move to the next thing if you couldn't be able to achieve the first one)

UX | Why USers keep asking about price or item specs on Facebook pages or forums or shops, Although the price and specs are already there ? (افهم ليش المستخدم هيك بعمل )

He needs some support to take this decision... decision making is hard for some users even if they know that they needs it and convinced about his decision.

He knows everything and he is interested in buying the item but he needs like (Yalla, it's a limited time offer so it's a very good opportunity) OR ( The shop admin to tells him that these specs are the top in the market Or it's 100% fits your need) Or ( if you try it, You will never feel sad about it - You will come back and ask for more )

Black Fridays (WHy And How) + Hot offers tricks.

Why Companies doing or participating in Black Fridays? do they really lose? How they got benefit from offering such thing in this day? Let's dig deeper.

Shops doing that for:

  • Marketing and Word-of-mouth purpose (Offering a very sheep item for one day will make the users crazy about it and they will talk a lot about it along with your shop) + This item consider as a marketing cost.

  • Cross selling purpose 1 ( When The user came to your shop and asked for this sheep item and the item is "Out of stock" (You already have for example 10 items in the stock) he will more likely to buy other items from that shop.

  • Cross selling purpose 2 ( when the user buy a sheep item and the seller shows him another related item, user will more likely to buy this item (As he feel like he did a very good deal by buying the sheep item.

  • People who know about Black Friday mainly fight for this sheep item (mostly limited with small # of items). that marketing team use it to promote to the store.

Tricks about Black Friday or any HOT Offer:

  • Always show the price (Before and after) --> Users love the feeling of doing a good deal, even if it was fake deal but users are more likely to buy it.

  • Show the people interest: let people gather and fight and group in front of your item or shop, why? people drive by example and interest ... so when you they noticed a group of people have interest in something they will be interested too or at least wanted to know why they interested that much.

  • Show people that there are item is being bought in front of them (increase the FOMO factor inside their minds) fear of missing out ... and that can be easily done in the Online stores when you show counters of offer endings or while the user is browsing the items to show him that (this item has been sold now) and prevent them in a way or other to compare and discover other prices in other markets.
Note: This thing also stooped buyers think that you are in an urgent economic situation, but you rather giving then the opportunity to buy in a lower prices.
